When we receive your order, it will take about 2-3 business days for us to process. Shipping takes another 1-10 days depending on where in the world you are.



Easy Returns

When your package arrives, you can try the jewelry at home in peace and quiet. If you need to return something, you have 14 days open purchase. The jewelry should then of course be unused. Follow the steps below:

Enter the order number, your name and product name for any change in the package.

2. Contact info@bristy.eu and announce that the return is on the way and if you want money back or exchange for another item. We will record this when your return is received.

Shipping costs for returning goods are paid by the customer. The saw does not charge any extra fees for the exchange and return of jewelry. Refunds for returned jewelry will be made within 2 weeks of receiving the jewelry.
